As a Secure/Assured tenant, rest assured that we, as your landlord, are responsible for maintaining your home, including repairs and maintenance for the structure, services, fittings, and shared areas. However, you also play a vital role in keeping a safe and comfortable living environment.
We will provide you with a rent statement on a quarterly basis. This statement allows you to review your balance and verify that we have received all your payments. If your balance is indicated with a negative sign, it signifies that you have a credit and do not owe any rent to us.
Thank you for paying your rent on time. Your timely payments contribute to the betterment of our services and homes. We appreciate your support in our ongoing efforts to improve.

Gas Emergency

If you detect the odor of gas, suspect a gas leak, or have any concerns about carbon monoxide, take immediate action by opening all windows and doors and extinguishing any open flames, including cigarettes. Then, call the national Gas Emergency Services at 0800 111 999, free of charge. After contacting them, please inform Stay Property Management at 01707 440558
